Who Would Benefit from Psychology Coaching?

Mental health impacts everybody - it is at the core of our relationships, productivity, successes and failures. Far too often we wait for something to break before we think about fixing it. Mental health is just as, if not more important than physical health (as strong mental health almost always directly benefits physical health). We should take care of our minds as part of our health routine so we don’t allow stress to build and take its toll on our bodies, careers, relationships and core happiness.

How I Work

I use an integrative model of psychotherapeutic coaching to help individuals identify and work with core values, limiting beliefs and the underlying fears that drive the two.

My work helps clients:

  • See themselves and others more clearly

  • Build self-confidence

  • Identify and leverage strengths

  • Strengthen mental resilience

  • Improve relationships

  • Improve situational reaction/response

  • Identify and achieve personal goals

Through working with a wide range of clients, from high level CEO’s to those in psychiatric care, I appreciate the nuance of a person’s individual experience, as well as the common drives, needs and anxieties that connect us all. I’m yet to find anything more powerful than one-to-one talking therapy as a way to empower and heal individuals who are struggling.
